The State also requires one hour of cultural competence.  The rule, in part, states:

"Cultural Competency Continuing Education: All medical imaging licensees and permit holders upon each renewal, must complete a minimum of one hour of continuing education that meets the criteria for cultural competency education.  This requirement must be completed and verification submitted to OBMI with all renewal applications. The cultural
