Our office will be closed on September 29 and 30.  Since many of you will be faxing your tests to us so that you receive your credits before the end of the month, here is information on how we apply the certificate dates:

The date of completion will be the date we receive your certificate by fax or e-mail or mail. Please note that tests are only graded during normal business hours (Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM-4:00 PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME). Certificates are dated with the date and Eastern Standard Time that they arrive in our office.  If a test is received after midnight EASTERN STANDARD TIME, the certificate will be dated for the next day.  When using the online testing portal, the date of completion will be the date and time that the "Grade Test" was clicked.  PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE ON EASTERN STANDARD TIME.  Any tests submitted for grading after 11:59 PM EST will have the next day's date.
